Our Client is a Network Solutions Provider that delivers, end-to-end, Information Communications Technology (ICT) solutions for organisations that want to achieve an integrated and holistic approach to ICT service delivery. They now have a requirement for an IP Provisioning Engineer.
Your role will be to ensure smooth provision of Telecommunication network solutions, including circuit delivery, hardware and software provision & engineer allocation.
Key tasks & duties.
- Liaise with Telecommunications providers;
- Liaise with Contracts Administrator;
- Purchasing from and maintaining our relationship with preferred suppliers;
- Ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of project status;
- Work closely with Installations Coordinators to ensure that solutions are planned and installed efficiently;
- Verify and check equipment required for solution;
- Checking solution designs and recommending alternative technologies;
- Co-ordinating Engineers, Equipment and Services for seamless service delivery;
- Management of Operational Stock;
- General admin duties as required by the role.
Skills and experience required:
- Excellent Customer-focused experience with a good understanding of telecommunications industry;
- CCDA qualification or equivalent knowledge;
- Excellent team working ability.
- Must be highly motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills and the ability to generate strong and lasting relationships with our suppliers and customers.
- The ability to work within SLA and specific deadlines.
