A forward thinking IT services company, operating in the SME sector, require a 3rd Line Service Engineer to join their growing London service team. Their unique culture will require you to work from home from time to time and travel to multiple client sites when required. Work will involve mostly larger project based work - pre-sales, consultancy, migrations. You will have at least 3-4 years commercial SME IT experience, having supported many small to medium sized clients, implemented and supported Microsoft NT 2000/3 server, Active Directory, Exchange 2000/3, XP and Anti Virus. Working knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, VPN and general comms. You will have been involved in migrations or set up new infrastructures. A MCSE 2000/3 preferred. Must be quickly commutable from Central London, Zone 6. Must be reliable, use own initiative and have excellent communication skills. Salary 31-35K plus benefits.
