Our client, an IT services company operating in the SME sector, require a 2nd/3rd Line Technical Support Engineer to join their team in London (EC1). The role entails supporting clients upto 50 users in size, both remotely and via on site visits when required. You will have at least 3-4 years commercial SME IT experience, having supported many small to medium sized clients, implemented and supported Microsoft NT 2000/3 server, Active Directory, Exchange 2000/3, XP and Anti Virus. Working knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, VPN and general comms. Must have excellent knowledge of Terminal Server. Must be reliable, use own initiative and have excellent communication skills. Salary 25-30K plus benefits.
