Our client, a successful IT support company in Central London, requires a Helpdesk Engineer to provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support to their clients over the telephone, from their Central London offices. Candidates must have 3 years experience and knowledge in the following areas - Windows XP Pro and Server, Windows 2000 Pro and Server, Office 2000, XP and 2003, Exchange Server 2000 and 2003, Symantec, McAfee, general hardware experience including printers, scanners etc. Experience of MAC and PDAs such as Blackberry and Palm useful.
