Our client, a leading global financial institution, requires helpdesk analysts for contracts up until the end of June. This position reports to the service desk manager and will be required to work on a rota shift pattern across a variety of skills. You will be responsible for managing the interaction between operations and the business throughout the life of a request or incident through to successful completion. Candidates should have previous experience in similar roles, with an excellent level of customer focus. You must have advanced MS Office and experience of Novell Netware and MS NT. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate an understanding of Service Management functions, including: Incident control, Problem & Change management, Configuration Management & SLAs.
