Our client, a leading financial institution, is currently seeking a 1st line technical voice support engineer. The role will involve providing hands-on support to 5000+ users. You will be required to support the internal telecoms system and assist in moves/changes, fault finding and cabling. The successful candidate will have had previous experience in delivering voice support at a hands-on level and at least 4 years voice experience.
