Software Engineer (Java,Test), Cambridgeshire, ASAP, Up to £33K
Our client is currently looking for a Software Engineer with the following experience.
Key skills:
. Development of test code for automated test harness.
· Close integration with dev teams.
· Identification of new test mechanisms for Java, HTML, CSS, Javascript
· Test execution, using test tools where appropriate
· Escalation, investigation and validation of product defect reports
· Pursuance and resolution of individual issues with some passion
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:
· Good understanding of Java code.
· Experience of debugging.
· Experience of using some or all of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Please note that the JavaScript experience must be as a programming language and not as a basic (batch) scripting tool.
