Principal Qualist Asurance Engineer (QA, Test, C, UNIX), Cambridgem ASAP At least 5 years experience in software or hardware development environment, ideally within a dedicated test team or QA function and preferably within a formal Quality System. An appreciation of relevant Quality requirements and processes An understanding of hardware and embedded software development for multiple platforms and environments including UNIX and Windows based operating systems A good general knowledge of computer hardware An understanding of embedded systems and software or hardware A working knowledge of Environmental testing (hardware only) An appreciation of the use of cryptography in IT security An awareness of Internet technologies, protocols and standards Educated to degree level or equivalent, in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant discipline For further details, please contact andrew@probecomms.co.uk or call on 0207 745 7213.
