The position will typically cover support of Windows 2000, 2003 Servers, Active Directory, SQL, IIS, Citrix, VMware and will also cover other proprietary Application Servers. So, any hands on experience with SQL, VMware and Citrix are an advantage as is exposure to SAN & NAS technologies and any experience of working with Voice platforms.
