Our client, a global IT outsourcing organisation, is currently looking for an experienced NETWORK SUPPORT MANAGER to come on board at their UK head office in Milton Keynes. Your role will be to manage the delivery of Network support, implementation and integration services within the infrastructure tower, ensuring that contracted service levels with all existing clients are met in the most cost effective and efficient manner. Network support will cover all elements of network technology and types of network devices within the companys portfolio, including LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, content switching, LRE and voice infrastructure devices (PABX and IPT). For this role you will be required to provide 3rd line support to clients, provide specialist technical skills, manage and provide resources to support the internal network project solutions. Typically, you will have at least 2 years management experience and 6 years in the ICT industry, have had personal experience of delivering large complex network integration projects, have planned and managed budgets in excess of £1.5m and have exposure to all the technical disciplines required.
