*** BI-LINGUAL HELPDESK SUPPORT ANALYST - FLUENT GERMAN AND FRENCH *** Our client, a global IT outsourcing organisation is currently looking for a BI-LINGUAL HELPDESK SUPPORT ANALYST with FLUENT GERMAN and FLUENT FRENCH to join their team of support personnel. The role will be to provide 1st line helpdesk style IT support over the telephone to customers, clients and VARs (value added resellers). You will be a fluent GERMAN and fluent FRENCH speaker with good English skills, have some customer service experience and a good overall knowledge of IT hardware and software. For this role my client will be offering full training on the IT side of things along with training on providing support in a technical environment. The hours for this permanent role will be Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3pm.
