Our client pride themselves in their high standards of customer support and they currently have an excellent opportunity for bright, customer-focused people to join the International Helpdesk team. Candidates need to demonstrate an eagerness to develop technical and financial understanding of their products and should have experience of providing first-line telephone support to a wide range of customers. They are looking for a patient, sympathetic attitude with a genuine wish to help and an ability to resolve problems under pressure. A clear and courteous telephone manner is vital, with a methodical, accurate approach to resolving and recording issues. Duties in this varied role include technical support, ATM monitoring, call management, administration, claims investigation and, above all, customer service. Previous experience of a call logging system and MS Office is essential. These are permanent roles based at their Milton Keynes Head Office. The department provides 24-hour support, 365 days a year and applicants must be able to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
