We're in the market for a customer Technical Support Engineer to work ensuring that the customers experience is smooth and efficient. Candidates will have advanced call handling skills and a minimum of six months working for an Internet Service Provider (ISP). LAN/WAN support skills are also a must as is experience of using Rainbow or any other task management systems. We're looking for a strong problem solver who can plan and manage his/her own workload.
