Global blue chip services company urgently requires the services of a helpdesk Analyst that can speak both French and German. The position will involve dealing with multinational clients who will be looking for support in both hardware and software queries. The succesful applicant should have a proven history in speaking both French and German - pref. within an IT environment (although not mandatory!). The role will require you to work alongside other European agents, and over the course of time, opportunities will exist for you to develop your career with my client through a variety of methods. Ideal skills would include a good understanding of PC peripherals/PC Hardware/PC Software ans some networking although if you can prove you have had an indepth level of cstomer experience dealing with queries in both languages, then the client will consider you.
