Our client, a global outsourcing organisation, is currently looking for a SENIOR SYSTEMS ENGINEER to join an exisiting team based on their client site in Hook. Your role, reporting directly to the Support Services manager, will be to provide a high level of 1st, 2nd and 3rd line workstation software and hardware technical support, problem diagnosis and resolve all technical issues to contracted customers within the specified SLA. This will be based at the client site in Hook and, on occassions, will require travel to other City based sites. You will have at least 5 years IT industry experience (2 years server based), be MCSE/MCSA and/or Compaq ASE qualified along with having some networking technologies experience. You will also need to demonstrate competent knowledge in the following areas: Win 2000/2003 advanced server, LEGATO, SQL Server and REMEDY amongst others. For this permanent role, our client will be offering between £30000 - £36000 per annum along with the usual benefits.
