Our client, a leading car manufacturer, is currently looking for a individual to design and implement an European PDM/ORACLE/WEB infrastructure, co-ordination of multisite activities and handover to local IT support groups. You will ideally have 5 years experience in CAD/PDM implementation /support/administration, project planning and management. Ideally you will have implementation experience of most of the following: Solaris, Windows 2000, Unix scripting, IDEAS/TDM, Teamcentre Enterprise, Java (J2EE), ORACLE/SQL and DB2. Also experience of Websphere Application Server and related technologies. Edge server, load balancing etc along with understanding and application of internet security technologies. This will be a year-long contract commencing towards the end of July and occasional travel to Barcelona, Paris and UK locations may be required.
