This acclaimed games development studio based in Scotland is responsible for a chart topping series that has given it one of the biggest names in the industry. Probe Games has been approached to help appoint a Lead Programmer to take ownership of the studios key IP and move the team forward to new achievements. You will need to have worked in a Lead role previously, having already acquired both man management/team leading skills as well as having exposure to most areas of the development cycle - from core systems design and game design through to 3D graphics engines / rendering, physics, AI, animation and other key elements. Core skills are C/C++ with previous nextgen console experience a must have (PS2, XBox).
