For this role you must have the following: 2 yrs exp Single View Convergent Billing System. 3 yrs exp in an analytical role, including definition/preparation of user requirement specifications in relation to Interconnect and Roaming. 3 yrs exp of Telco billing, esp. 3G mobile, and thoroughly familiar with the relevant concepts. 3 yrs exp of terrestrial mobile roaming. 3 yrs exp of terrestrial interconnect operational processes and procedures. Experience of at least one implementation or two major billing system upgrades. Experience of live operational processes and procedures relating to Roaming and Interconnect settlements. Comfortable with SQL, either directly or through a query tool.
