A leading CRM Consultancy firm is seeking a Call Centre Customer Services Trainer who has hands-on user or Trainer experience with SIEBEL enterprise applications software. There are immediate openings for Japanese, Portuguese, and Spanish speaking trainers with English as a first or second language. Mandatory Skills and Experience -At least 2 years of stand-up instructor led training delivery - Direct experience as a customer representative or similar role in a call centre or customer service operation prior to becoming a trainer - Dynamic presentation and instruction skills - 1 year or more experience as a hands-on user or Trainer with Siebel enterprise applications software - Strong hands-on skills with Microsoft PowerPoint to capture personalized instructor notes and to manage structured presentations - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or Education.
