Unit Manager - Registered Manager – Qualified Nurse - Healthcare
Herefordshire, Ledbury
£30,000 + Bonus Structure
Our client is seeking an experienced and innovative person to manage their unit of 10 beds.
The unit acts as a bridge between acute care and community resettlement, this rehabilitative process is underpinned by sound person centred principles.
They are seeking a suitably experienced qualified nurse to lead this service as Registered Manager.
It is essential that alongside your nursing qualification you have experience in similar Rehabilitative/Brain injury services and can demonstrate sound managerial experience including the ability to market the service and maintain occupancy.
Ideally you should have the Registered Manager Award or be willing to study for this award.
