This position is based in Banbury and reports to the Business Systems Manager. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that the internal IT processes are developed and maintained to the highest standard in particular covering the following areas: o Managing change process. o IT procurement. o Accounts and budget reporting. o Asset management. o Software management. o Updating and publishing project and service documentation. o Management of the team IT event schedules. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years experience in a similar role plus excellent interpersonal skills, be detailed, methodical and self-motivated. Whilst this is not a hands on technical role you should have an appreciation of general IT principles. In addition the following experience would be desirable: o ITIL standards. o FAST compliancy. o DPA. o Business Continuity. o Auditing software. o Microsoft Project. o Lotus Notes. o Reporting tools e.g. Crystal.
