Working through our client, a global IT outsourcing organisation, you will be based within the headoffice of a major European bank. Your role will be to provide SECOND LINE DESKTOP SUPPORT. You will dealing general hardware break-fix on most vendor equipment including: Compaq, Toshiba and IBM along with dealing with MADC (Moves/Adds/Deletions/Changes). This will very much be a customer facing role and you will be required to deal with issues within a given timescale and within the service level agreement. You will be have the relevant experience (within a banking environment would be ideal), be available immediately and ideally hold a MCP or MCSE. This will be to replace contractors who are leaving and to provide backfill during the holiday period. This role will be paying £17.50 per hour.
