Our client, a dynamic internet security software provider, is currently looking for an experienced hardware SUPPORT TECHNICIAN to join their team at their Southampton based office.
Your role will be to provide telephone and email support to both their partner resellers and end-user customers. You will need to have a general knowledge of IP networking, routing and firewalls, the use and basic configuration of LINUX systems and Microsoft Windows, familiarly with PC hardware and the building of PCs, the ability to describe solutions in simple terms for end-users along with having an excellent telephone manner.
For this fantastic opportunity our client is offering £26,000 + the usual benefits.
