To provide retail technical support & development in the form of telephone, on-site and formal training to customers, engineers and dealers in UK and European travel. Carry out Projects. Undertake development testing work on new products for UK Market. Essential Qualifications/Experience: 5 Years Experience in Barcode/Thermal Printer Repairs. Good working knowledge of today’s communication processes, ie, RS232, Blue Tooth, RFID, WIFI, Ability to program in Basic, Visual Basic, C, C++ and Unix.Desirable Qualifications/Experience:HNC /HND Electronics with minimum 3-years experience in circuit design/repair. 3-years previous Help Desk experience. Minimum 3-years customer service experience.
