Our client is a Leading Financial Institution based near Leeds looking to recruit Customer Modelling Manager within their Customer Management Division.
The role involves developing analysis & predictive models to enable the Group to improve both its understanding of the customer base and the targeted marketing activity that occurs. This includes developing, implementing and maintaining statistical models including propensity, response, and regression models, segmentation models and analysis.
Pre-requisites:
Minimum 3yrs experience in analytical role with proven delivery of statistical models; Previous direct experience in customer segmentation projects; Customer and sales data & statistical analysis; Project management; Good interpersonal skills, resilient under pressure, confident and articulate; Strong focus on delivery and improvement including review of statistical tools and techniques; Knowledge of financial services a benefit; Hands-on use of the data and systems; Analytical mindset; Capable of working to tight deadlines & under pressure; Positive approach to problem solving; Advanced Microsoft Office user; Managing 3rd party relationships – negotiation, procurement, service levels; Commercial awareness, creativity and a change agent; Strong planning, analytical, presentation and decision making skills.
