Debt Recovery Agent Salary : £12,000 - 14,000 (Basic)
Leeds, West Yorkshire
Our client is looking for experienced Debt Recovery Agents to join them at their modern and well-established agency, just outside Leeds city centre.
Their clients include high street banks, international finance companies, and other well-known names.
This is an office-based role and you will manage your own account portfolio.
An initial starting basic salary 13,000 - 14,000 - a bonus scheme commencing after 3 months - optional 1.5x Saturdays - a performance bonus of up to 2,000 pa (more for hitting target) - the rewards all add up to a realistic OTE of 17,000pa
Hours are 37/week; 9am - 6pm or 8am - 5pm. There is a rota of one evening per week until 8pm, although this day starts at 1.30pm.
