According to the Financial Times, our client is one of the top 50 companies to work for in 2005. The sales force currently stands at 90 IFA's nationally with plans to grow this to 110 in the short term future. There are developments on the horizon which would require rapid expansion to 250 IFAs although there is no firm timescale at this stage. We are looking for driven applicants with the motivation and potential to develop themselves personally and technically with AFPC qualifications. <br><br>You will be set up to work from home and will be given a teritory to manage. The current set up does not provide warm leads so you should have a pro-active approach to prospecting from an existing client bank and gaining referrals. There may be developments in the future that mean you will receive a medium to high level of branch leads but this cannot be guaranteed. Therefore the role is probably best suited to those with an IFA, Direct Sales or Home Service background.<br><br>The business is main personal planning with the main focus in Portfolio Reconstruction, IHT Planning and Specialist Pensions. There is also some scope for corporate advice.<br><br>Package (average earnings of £40,000 - top consultant on £100,000)<br>-> Basic of £25-30,000 £2,000 on completion of AFPC<br>-> Contributory Final Salary Pension<br>-> Uncapped Bonus scheme<br>-> 28 days holiday bank holidays<br>-> Work/Life balance policy (enhanced maternity leave, compressed hours, career break, etc)<br>-> Preferential rates on loans and other banking benefits
