Our client has been established since 1992 and since 2000 they have been providing a unique concept whereby they work with Clients for the entire length of their mortgage - reducing the term of the mortgage and hence saving considerables sums while ensuring full protection throughout. They work primarily in the remortgage market and work with the whole of the mortgage market. The service is based on a one-off fee to the client with 25% of the work being sub-prime / right to buy and retains the company to provide annual reviews for the full lenth of the mortgage.<br><br>There are currently 8 consultants working out of the offices in central Birmingham and they plan to grow to 15 plus 3 team leaders in 2005 with a considerable sum being invested into the company to facilitate this growth.<br><br>The role is fully lead provided and the company never advertises as they work from referrals and their extensive database - occasionally they do buy in external data. Full in-house administration and underwriting services are available so you can concentrate on doing what you do best - selling!<br><br>We are looking for CeMAP qualified individuals with a minimum of 2 years recent mortgage sales experience. In addition - you should be hungry, passionate, motivated, committed, ambitious, dedicated, tenacious, driven and hard working.<br><br>The package includes:<br>-> Basic salary £18,000 to £24,000 depending on experience<br>-> Mileage allowance of £450 per month paid tax-free<br>-> Extensive bonus / commission scheme<br>-> Laptop and mobile phone provided
