Leading Financial services organisation has an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Manager to cover the West Midlands region. The role offers an excellent package and brilliant career prospects.
Job Purpose:
To develop and manage relationships with key brokers within a defined territory or for designated accounts, in order to deliver and exceed sales targets.
Duties
Contribute to the development of broker sales strategies and develop broker-specific sales plans and targets.
Identifying, establishing and developing new business opportunities in the allocated area
Implement, monitor and report on performance against sales plans and targets in order to maximise performance.
Develop and manage broker training plans, working with the broker training managers to provide a structured learning culture.
Experience
Applicants must have a track record within mortgage intermediary sales
3-5 years experience within mortgage intermediary sales environment
Experience of building and managing broker relationships
Up-to-date knowledge of the financial services/ retail credit market: competitors & products
The basic salary is upto £35k Basic salary depending on experience and Track record + Company Car + Excellent Bonus scheme + excellent benefits.
