Excellent opportunity to join one of Europe's leading Estate Agencies as a Mortgage Consultant based in the Llandaff area. This extremely reputable Estate Agency/Mortgage Broker requires an enthusiastic individual possessing a minimum of 6 - 12 months experience as a Mortgage Adviser/Broker. You will be required to work alongside established Mortgage Consultants, providing advice in all areas of mortgage business and the associated protection products, including protection, ASU and buildings and contents insurance. This really is an excellent opportunity to develop your existing knowledge of the mortgage industry. You will be coached to be able to obtain as much mortgage and protection business as possible. This position has a very high earnings potential, with no validation level what so ever and with commissions being paid on the broker fees, the life bankings, buildings and contacts, ASU, procuration fees and legal referrals.
You should be currently working within a mortgage broking environment and possess a minimum of the CeMAP 1 qualification, ideally within an estate agency, bank, building society. You should be experienced in dealing with people's need and requirements and be prepared to make recommendations based on your findings. Possessing at least 6 - 12 months Mortgage brokering experience.
