<B><U>PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK</B></U><BR> <B>UP TO £15,000 PA</B><BR><BR> A Position has become available for an experienced purchase ledger clerk to join this friendly company in Cardiff.<BR><BR> Duties Include:<BR> <LI>Proper coding, batching and recording of invoices received on a daily basis.</LI><BR> <LI>Ensure all invoice batches recorded in batch book for control purposes.</LI><BR> <LI>Prioritise invoices received into immediate payment suppliers and suppliers following company credit terms.</LI><BR> <LI>Reconcile posting report to batch book entries.</LI><BR> <LI>Cheque runs.</LI><BR> <LI>Review and update queries on invoices, reporting discrepancies up through line of command.</LI><BR> Person specification: <LI>Prior purchase ledger experience essential.</LI><BR>
