Our client is looking for an experienced CeMap advisor with at least 1 year in the industry.
Although self employed you will be paid a retainer equivalent to £2K per month until bonus is earned.
OTE is £35K plus
The Hours are flexible.
Strong leads and appointments are already provided !
and note these are genuine.
The achievable salary range s/b be comfortably in the region of £35K OTE but a far higher salary can be achieved based on the individual.
The area to be covered is North Wales Coast so a full driving licence is required.
Our client has a significant customer bank of outstanding leads awaiting action !
In Detail :-
Principal Responsibilities
· Assess and make decisions about appropriate solutions to meet identified mortgage product needs.
· Provide advice and guidance to customers to meet their requirements and maximise sales.
· Manage customer expectations in respect of documentation requirements and service levels from product provider.
· Maintain an awareness of mortgage products, services and new developments to continually focus on sales opportunities.
· Maintain an awareness on the individual underwriting policies and procedures of Lenders to avoid application declinations.
