Our client, a leading European contact centre, is currently seeking professional and motivated individuals to work on behalf of a major global financial services firm. As an account executive, you will act as an interface between the client and their small-mid market business customers. Within the role, you will be required to manage a portfolio of business customers, develop and build relationships with the clients, provide clients with information and advice, maximise on all selling opportunities and identify ways of improving the services offered. The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, a background in sales/telesales and customer service and the ability to use initiative and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
