This is a fantastic opportunity for any ambitious individual looking to join a successful and expanding financial services organisation within Newcastle City Centre. Your role will be to provide full financial services administration support to consultants, with an investment bias, where you will process all new and existing business, obtain quotations and illustrations, ensure that all client files are compliant. On a day to day basis you will liaise with clients, brokers and consultants helping with enquiries and information requests. This position is flexible depending on the individual.
All prospective applicants should have at least 2 years financial services administration experience working within a busy environment. You should have excellent product knowledge as well as having a strong market awareness. Excellent communication skills are essential and being able to deal with people at all levels. You will be working within a team environment therefore you will need extremely good team building skills and also be comfortable working on own initiative. A minimum of part 1 of the Financial Planning Certificate would be desirable, however not essential.
