Substantial Legal Practice in Guildford. Role is for a Commercial Recovery Manager reporting to the Commercial Litigation Manager and managing one member of staff. You will run this profit centre and be the point of contact for clients needing credit control and/or a late stage fee based debt recovery. You will receive instructions from clients direct and provide advice as required. You will be liaising with Companies House, Sheriffs, Bailiffs etc. and managing the debt recovery system database. An interesting role for a person with debt recovery experience working in Solicitor Practice.
