Working for a leading Consumer Finance organisation, you will be responsible for the collection of overdue customer debts within the Falkirk and surrounding areas.
Contacting customers by letter, telephone, and in person you will be discussing payment problems, coming to mutually acceptable arrangements to bring their account up to date. You will be dealing with customers both face to face in the branch, over the telephone as well as carrying out customer home visits if necessary.
