Financial Analyst required, initially focusing on understanding the organisation''s cost drivers, to develop effective financial planning, budgetary control and reporting processes that support senior managers and are key to taking the organisation forward. An important part of the role will be responsibility for providing financial and management information to budget holders, arranging and attending monthly budget holder meetings to evaluate performance against budget, and undertaking financial investigations.<br>A dynamic qualified or part qualified accountant who understands the important role finance plays in delivering service improvements and has a track record of success in working in a change oriented environment. You can demonstrate the communication and interpersonal skills needed to develop and maintain strong relations with senior managers and budget holders. Experience in the public sector essential, along with a good level of IT literacy and understanding of financial systems.<br>The Housing Association have landlord responsibilities for 600 homes in the South Yorkshire area and are currently undertaking a capital investment and refurbishment programme as part of a delivery programme initiative to continuously improve the standard of the housing stock.
