Financial Controller required to lead and motivate two principal accountants and one service finance manager in providing a quality responsive Financial Management Service. Initially focusing on understanding the organisation''s cost drivers, you will develop effective financial planning, budgetary control and reporting processes that support service managers throughout the organisation.<br>As Financial Controller you will need excellent analytical and interpretive skills, superior report writing skills and first rate interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. Experience of selecting and implementing new IT systems and a track record in team management would be an advantage, as well as being able to demonstrate an understanding of social housing issues.<br>Senior Finance position in small and busy finance team at a progressive and dynamic regional provider of social housing services.
