This is an excellent and exciting opportunity for a personal lines or insurance advisor to join a successful, market leading personal lines broker as an Insurance Sales Advisor. The position is based in Shrewsbury and is a fast paced and friendly office.
This is a customer facing role which will involve a mixture of face to face and telephone sales from incoming calls. Duties will include offering advice and selling products from a range of insurers on private car, home or travel insurance. Depending on experience there may also be the opportunity for occasional leadership responsibilities for senior advisors.
The successful candidate will ideally have at least 2 years insurance experience, either within a broker or within the customer service environment of an insurer. Applicants who have sales or customer service experience from other areas are also invited to apply. Candidates with more experience will be rewarded with higher salary potential. Qualifications in English and Maths at GCSE level are essential.
