One of Europe's leading Financial Services groups is looking to expand its face-to-face Independent Financial Services arm. Whilst you will work alongside the tied Bank based sales force where the tied products are not best suited to their clients, you should expect to be more pro-active in gaining referrals and generating new business yourself. Typically you will be covering a larger territory than a tied adviser and in most cases will cover a number of branch locations with the flexibility to see clients on their own premises or out of hours on occasion. The IFA sales force structure their advisers based on the type of client you can expect to deal with and vacancies exist for Personal, Corporate and a mixture of the two.<br><br>REQUIREMENTS:<br>-> Full FPC or CeFA<br>-> A minimum of 3 years Regulated Sales experience<br>-> A minimum of 2 years cumulative post-CAS experience (you do not necessarily have to be CAS currently)<br>-> Stable work history (no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years - exceptions made for Redundancies etc)<br><br>PACKAGE: <br>A superb package is on offer with recent changes to the 2004 remuneration scheme introducing a more simplified commission structure with unlimited bonus. Shared targets with Lead providers (Their targets mirror/exceed advisers). The package consists of the following:<br>-> Basic salary £25,700 to £38,600<br>-> Regional Large Town Allowance up to £3,450<br>-> Quarterly Sales Bonus<br>-> Annual business quality bonus (up to £10,000)<br>-> Negotiable Guarantees available depending on background<br>-> Car Allowance / Flexible Benefits of £4,600 <br>-> 28 days holiday 8 bank holidays<br>-> Profit Share (10% for the last several years)<br>-> Non-Contributory 60ths Final Salary Scheme from day one<br>-> 4x DIS<br>-> Mortgage Subsidy<br>-> Share Save Scheme<br>-> Preferential Loans
