An excellent financial accounting opportunity is available within a leading Glasgow employer. Key responsibilities include:
· Production of draft monthly Management Accounts
· Preparation of cash flow forecasts
· Reconciliation of key control accounts
· Analysis of Nominal ledger accounts
· Raising and input of journal entries
· Preparation of draft year end accounts
· Preparation of year end audit file
· Preparation of VAT returns
· Preparation of draft annual budget schedules
To be considered for this post, you will be part qualified (or qualified by experience) with ACCA or AAT and have at least three years experience within a busy finance function. Strong financial accounting knowledge and experience is a must and you will also posses a strong working knowledge of Excel. This is a part time role and you will be expected to work 21 hours per week. My client is extremely flexible with regards to what day’s you wish to work.
