This great opportunity is in the Branch based division of the business. Our client is seeking a high calibre, self starting individual with excellent relationship building skills and a successful track record in financial services sales. Banassurance background is preferred but other top performers will be considered. There are two main resource areas for the Adviser to be developing.
Award Winning Branch
The Branch finished second in the 2004 Branch of the Year Award. In 2004 the adviser was on target for commission from branch leads with the Branch finishing the year 111% of their lead target. Branch staff take part in an excellent bonus scheme which pays based on performance against both lead and commission targets.
Review Portfolio
There is a portfolio of over 380 clients; these clients have been relationship managed by the previous adviser.
This office has a proven track record for delivery results and the earnings that reflect that success.
