Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Officer you will be very generalist in terms of your remit. The overall purpose of the role will be to ensure the efficient and effective provision and development of HR support to management that will support the business strategies. You will manage the recruitment and selection process for the business and be involved in all aspects of employee relations including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management.<br>You will be an experienced Human Resources Assistant or Advisor who is preferably studying towards the CIPD qualification and looking for the next step in their career. You will need to be highly organised with excellent time management and communication skills to succeed in this challenging and demanding role.<br>Our Client are a manufacturing business based in Nottinghamshire and they are looking for a Human Resources Officer to add to their busy team.
