An Assistant Accountant is required to assist the Finance Manager at month end, preparation of journals, carrying out analysis of contract costs and ensuring prepayments and accruals are identified. The will be an element of ledger processing to be done. This role will expand as role develops. Assisting the Finance Manager during budgets and forecasts. To include meeting with the management team to gather information and to begin the build up of budgets/forecasts.<br>The candidate must be AAT qualified, or currently studying CIMA or ACCA. Good interpersonal skills are essential as you will at times liaise directly with line.<br>This business is a medium sized expanding service business based in Nottingham.
