It is as a result of this continued growth that we require a Recruitment Assistant. Based in our Head Office in Nottingham, and you will be involved in the initial stages of our internal recruitment process, sourcing Recruitment Consultants from Graduate Trainees up to Senior Consultant levels. The role will include initial CV screening as well as telephone interviewing and organizing face to face interviews.<br>The successful candidate will have either a recruitment consultancy or an in house recruitment background, and will have excellent communication and organisational skills.<br>sf group is not a typical recruitment consultancy, we have an exceptional culture and we provide outstanding training for recruitment consultants.
