The role is reporting to the HR Director and focusing on the management of all aspects of generalist Human Resources and providing an excellent, value-added HR service to all employees. This will include advising management on all employee relations issues and ensure all recruitment and selection procedures are carried out in line with company policy and best practice. In addition to championing change management and development within the organisation at this exciting time.<br>You will be a CIPD qualified graduate with 3 to 4 years generalist Human Resources management experience, who is used to advising on complex human resources issues. You will also have the ability to communicate and build credibility at all levels of management.<br>Our Client are an academic institution based in Nottingham and they are looking for a Human Resources Manager to add to the HR team.
