Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for delivering on the human resources strategy for the business. In this truly generalist role you will have overall responsibility for all aspects of employees relations, performance management, recruitment and selection. You will also contribute towards training and development initiatives within the organisation and ensure best practice is achieved throughout the company.<br>You will be an experienced and CIPD qualified Human Resources Manager with 3 - 4 years experience in a generalist role. You will be used to operating a senior management level and providing human resources solutions to complement the business objectives.<br>Our Client is a large service business based in Nottingham and is looking for a Human Resources Manager to compliment their management team.
