You will be involved in all aspects of human resources in this truly generalist role. This will mean working with managers to deal with all employee relations issues including disciplinaries, grievances and performance management, so a strong employment law knowledge will be essential. You will also manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the business is using the appropriate, best practice initiatives.<br>If you are a CIPD qualified (or working towards it) experienced HR professional who relishes a challenge and has excellent organisational and administration skills and who has the ability to act credibly with all levels of management. This role would be an excellent opportunity for you to progress your career.<br>This expanding retail business are looking for a experienced HR professional to compliment their dynamic and busy human resources team.
