Working with the HR Business Partner and Operational Managers to provide a proactive, customer focused, efficient and effective generalised HR service to the Company. This will include the provision of expert HR advice, support and guidance based on current employment legislation and best practice in the areas of employee relations, recruitment and selection and absence management. The development and implementation of policies and practices and the delivery of day to day HR operational services in a partnership approach.<br>The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years experience of working in a generalist Human Resources role, with a strong employment law focus. You will need to be able to demonstrate your ability to take the initiative from the start and handle a complex and diverse workload.<br>Our Client is a not-for-profit organisation. They are currently looking to recruit a Human Resources Officer on a temporary basis to assist their busy HR and Organisational Development team.
