Your focus will be to review of all policies and procedures and to develop best practice throughout the organisation. You will also utilise your strong employment law knowledge to assume case management responsibilities in complex disciplinary and grievance matters.<br>Ideally you will be a confident and enthusiastic CIPD qualified graduate with a proven track record in a generalist human resources role. You will also enjoy operating within a role that gives a high degree of responsibility and autonomy.<br>This service organsation in Leicestershire has a large HR function that is undergoing a major process of transformation that is both challenging and exciting for all involved.
